Minoxidil (a.k.a Rogaine)
So I started using the generic form of Rogaine 10 months ago. I was too embarrassed to buy the Rogaine for women so I purchased the much stronger 5% solution for men and figured I just won't use as much. I used it religiously for about 5 months. During those months I noticed my eyelashes were much longer and my eyebrows were darker. And maybe I had some new growth in my hair. But there was one HUGE drawback. My husband started to make fun of the facial hair and it was getting annoying (the hair, not my husband). And there were other issues too like I couldn't sleep after putting it on at night. So I quit. About 4 months later I started balding, again. So I'm back to using the stuff but just in the mornings. I'm worried about my hair but I'll never make it to see 35 if I don't sleep. I'm afraid if I don't use it I'll be completely bald by the time I'm 35. Why? There has to be something else that can work without the side effects.

I've been going through exactly what you're facing, except I've been fighting alopecia for over 12 years, and I'm only 28. Plus my hairline has been getting worse in recent years, so I know what you're going through... feel free to get in touch.
